This training aims to teach how to think beyond the obvious, develop creative problem-solving skills, enhance innovation-oriented competences, embrace new perspectives, and empower researchers in their skillset.
Participants will learn how to analyze megatrends and spot global, societal, and consumer trends as sources of inspiration. Using techniques from trend analysis and trend watching, they will engage in ideation and idea selection to approach real-life challenges and identify applications worth valorizing.
Through negotiation-, pitching-, networking- and teamwork role-plays they directly learn-by-doing.
