    (Flexible advisory – total of 4.5 hours)
    Tailored support based on the real-time questions and challenges that arise throughout your fundraising process. These sessions are designed to be spread out and timed with your needs.

  • Post-Deal Guidance
    (Duration: 2 hours)
    What changes once the deal is closed? How do you handle a new governance structure? What does a board meeting look like, and how do you prepare for one? We help you get clarity on your role and responsibilities after investment.
