🔹 Intake & Blueprint Scan 

  • We kick off with a founder presentation to get to know your business, goals, and current context. In this session, we'll also go over how to get started with providing the necessary data for due diligence. ( 90 min)

  • There should be a maximum of 4 weeks between the intake and delivering the data to ensure valuable information is not lost and to maintain a healthy pace of progress.

  • Afterwards, our in-residence experts process the input into a strategic insights report — a deep dive that touches on all essential business areas:strategy, customers, IP, finance, team, operations, partnerships, and mor

    This analysis phase takes approximately 3 weeks, during which we synthesize the information into a clear, actionable framework.

🔹 Analysis & Deep Dive 

  • In this highly interactive session, we review the findings together.
    Expect sharp questions, open sparring, and honest dialogue as we reflect on the feasibility of your strategy, pressure-test assumptions, and explore growth scenarios ( 90 min)

🔹 Advisory & Action Plan 

  • We present your personalized advisory report — a clear, structured summary of insights and next steps.
    We walk through each recommended action, identify key priorities, and provide guidance to help you move forward with intention and clarity. (90 min)

🔹Final Check-in

  • Roughly one month after the action plan session, we offer a final check-in.
    You decide the focus: from reflecting on early progress to discussing new challenges or strategy shifts.
    It’s a space to pause, recalibrate, and keep momentum going — with expert input at your side ( 60 min).
